It is possible to the vinyl or such material smaller than 1 square inch tile is on an existing bathroom floor?
Yes – you can put on an existing tile floor vinyl floors. Make sure that you can live with the level of the existing floor with additional floor on it.
Before you begin, you may need to apply liquid cement or mortar to fill the spaces on the tiles that are broken or the United Nations. You must also complete the grout if the grout is considerably lower than the level of tiles.
