I live in Hemet Ca I have a single trailer or mobile home and would like to know if I can close my patio deck and turn it into a room. Its really old so I will be replacing some of siding and all that actually all around the mobile home…I have just heard its harder to do these kinds of additions to a mobile home because its not considered a house.
