August 6, Bathroom Remodel questions – how do you know
by Heidi

How do you know if your bathtub is between walls or part of the walls? “Personally, I think, is a standard bathtub which was installed in 1985, when the House has been built; ‘ walls” the bathtub are above of, so I think it is between the walls…
Also, is it better mosaic shower or simply remove, plastic walls and delete them, I believe that the wall is no longer there, do I drywall and then place the tile on drywall? I mean, as long as the mosaic is sealed, it should be good right?I am afraid of mold:.
Finally, I am fundamentally evisceration and restoration and becomes simply shower of my shower/baignoirevous had mentioned the floor of the shower… I wish that it tile, not down plastic… therefore, the floor, same question as walls… our word is cement as, so just mosaic on which? or ask a shower floor (and what) and mosaic on which?
Thank you!

Heidi-
Thank you for submitting a question to our page reshape initiation of bath…
You have some very good questions…. everyone of them approached separately…
If the walls of the bathroom are overlapping the edges of the bathtub, then you are right… the tub could have been installed, and then the card wall drywall and shower installed… giving the impression that the tub is part of the walls.
In our opinion, you must remove the plastic wall map before you tile shower area….Yes, you may be dealing with a complete gut your bathroom, shower box but if you are going to do, then you must do right…
As far as the bottom of your shower… even if you want that floor it tile Tower, you should always place a pan of the shower at the bottom of the douche.Cela will seal leaking shower area.
