I"ve a 15 x 30 concrete patio floor. I need to add a sturdy roof addition (no aluminum). What is it called?

I also need to call someone to hire. My patio floor has 4ft footing around included. I live in Homestead, Florida.
No pergola, too. That pergola would give us wet floor. A real roof with block or bricks around 3 post would be a shady and no wet from rain/windy.
