January 14, how paint on finishing bathroom?

I am renting an apartment with bathroom old and it is not an option to delete or replace the finishing or the bath.
The finishing is white with flowers all so often, and in one place someone has written on the wall of permanent marker.
You can paint on the finishing? ideas to the tub?Any other ideas to help refresh this old room bathroom?

To begin with – clean thoroughly with denatured alcohol to remove any soap scum and dirt… allow any dry completely before painting… you can wait a few days.
Use a part 2 (resin and hardener) water-based epoxy paint… you can buy it to any home or improving hardware store.
Allow all dry completely after painting….
