Can a sink, toilet and shower be installed in a basement above the concrete floor and be joined the abs pipe that exists?

I know that the drain pipe must be an angle more high point of grain and inclined therefore to the connection of the abs.

It would work? We try to get out of the Cup until the concrete slab.

If anyone can shed light on what would be great!
Thank you

Bill-

I know exactly what you ask on the existing pipe, but you do not want to empty a chest of drawers directly to an existing sewer pipe which is above the dresser.

Take a look at http://www.saniflo.com/. They offer solutions for over plumbing floor without major construction.
