I am looking to add more room to a small kitchen. There is a screened in patio on the opposite side of the kitchen’s brick wall. The patio is only approximately 30 sq. ft. I am wondering what kind of cost would be involved in dealing with an exterior brick wall, especially due to the structure of the home. I just want the area opened up and essentially move the brick wall out over where the patio would end. The patio is on a concrete slab and I am located in Ohio. I can do all of the carpentry, flooring, electrical (If needed), etc. but I don’t know anything about this 6 foot section of brick wall. I’m just looking for the approximate cost. I have a backup plan to move some walls around if it is too expensive.
