Sealing the tile after the vendors installation. You have to seal the tile so that grease splatters can be wiped off instead permanately staining the tile. I changed my mind and instead of letting the sealing dry, I let it soak in for about 10 minutes and immediately did another coat. I used cicular wiping motions and also back and forth, so the sealer would soak into the grout too. The microfiber pad is great, to be sure to use one. It holds the sealer so it doesn’t drip all over. Please use adequate ventalation, rubber gloves, oxygen mask, eye protection, and keep all small animules away from the fumes. The stuff takes 6-8 hours to dry.
